This out-dated Unit was completely renovated from the removal of the popcorn ceiling to the old carpet on the floor. New kitchen, both bathrooms & genuine wood floors were installed along with frosted glass doors in most of the rooms. Since the client resides out of town, mostly all communication, pictures of work in progress & choosing of materials including granite, tiles, wood, etc. was done via email.
