A. Kitchen and Living. Before and After

This unit had not been updated at all since the original 1953 construction. The kitchen & both bathrooms were completed ripped out, then electric & plumbing was updated to meet new code standards. All wood cabinets & granite countertops were custom made & installed. Porcelain tile was laid throughout. Crown moldings added the finishing touch to a gorgeous renovation!

C. Kitchen Before and After

This is a 1950’s kitchen which was never updated. Client expressed the desire for a clean & uncluttered look. We opened the wall & gave the kitchen a spacious feel. Square footage remained the same.

D. Kitchen Before & After

This Unit received a complete make-over. The kitchen was completely opened up with beautiful wood cabinets & granite countertops. The Master Bath & walk-in closet were reconfigured to enlarge the bathroom. The guest bathroom was also renovated. Porcelain tiles were laid throughout. The finishing touch was the crown molding.

This client lives out of town so most communication & pictures were done via email.

K. Unit

This Unit is used as a casual “beach house”. The kitchen was redone in a quaint cottage style. The bathroom was done in a “Spa” style with a shower wall instead of doors or a curtain. There are customized niches within the wall for shampoo, soaps & what-not.

Hurricane impact windows were also installed.

This client lives out of town & most communication & pictures were done via email.

L.Kitchen Before and after

This kitchen was so small & cluttered before the renovation. Note how much larger & more spacious it appears after we opened up the wall. The square footage has not changed!

L.Unit

This Unit was completely devastated by Hurricane Wilma.

There was water damage throughout the unit. Most drywall needed to be replaced. Client expressed a desire for an all white kitchen, so it was done  with white cabinets & white quartz countertop. Both bathrooms were redone as well. New hurricane shutters were installed as well.

R. Unit

This Unit was straight out of the 1960’s. Mirrors everywhere! Kitchen & both bathrooms were ripped out. Note the “before” Master bath with its brown plastic walls. Groovy! Client is an oenophile & wished to have a built-in wine rack & cooler in the kitchen which was easily accommodated after we opened the kitchen up. He also chose 2 different colors of granite for the countertops & slate tile backsplash. This client lives out of town & most all of the communications, including choosing of materials was done via email & texts.

S. Kitchen

This was a renovation of a small kitchen that was quite outdated. We opened up one wall to make it appear larger. The square footage remained the same. Installed new cabinetry & granite countertop.
